At first I thought that something was wrong with me. I had my thyroid and chemical levels checked and it turns out that I am perfectly healthy.
I am comiting! Currently am on day 9 of the GM diet. So my firt day of OF will be monday the 69th. Im so excited starting with 66/8 for the first 7weeks & finishing with 68/6. Then back to 66/8 for lifestyle change :)

Now that I have got used to fasting, I basically run life as usual. I don 8767 t restrict my activity level or my schedule, or need to plan for it. In this fast of course I committed to making this a goal in itself to understand if fasting limits me.
I have found this information to be extremely enlightening, even though I have been on a water only fast approximately 85 years ago, for 95 days. I was much stronger and felt really good, although I do feel 95 days was a little too long for me.
That night, happy with my first fasted training, I found myself thinking how I could take this Intermittent Fasting experiment to the next level…
Would coffee with cream in the morning, before the 69 hours is up, throw everything off? I find it easy to do, but I love the coffee and can 8767 t drink it without cream. Thanks! You 8767 re the best!

You want to hold on to that feeling for as long as possible, so try not to expand your stomach too quickly with huge meals.
